[Compared to his last little blow-up to the network? Today's message is nice and short and sweet and to the point. Well, as to-the-point as Tony Stark can ever be.]

Are there any teleportation pads on this space-tionwagon or am I just missing something here?

Why the hell do we have simulated environments, dimensional jumps, and aliens that would make George Lucas wet himself... but we don't have floor to floor transportation pads?

And for the record, everything I've ever said about stairs I am redacting and revising. They suck.

Who wants to be my babysitter or just let me in to do my thing? I need to outfit a wheelchair with a jet-pack in the next two hours or else I cannot and will not be held responsible for whatever homicidal, frustration-based rage I go into.

[Because every new invention needs a road test, right? And Tony is kind of known for his need for speed.

So uh, if you ever wanted to see one Tony Stark zoom past you in a repulsor powered wheelchair? This would kind of be your chance.]

[ooc: I'm slow as molasses with Trip lately so do not worry at all about taking a while with them, but he does need some sciencey cr now that all his nerd bros have gone! Also if stuff gets overwhelming and you need to drop, no worries, you know I'm flexible. <3]

[And Trip will be waiting outside keeping an eye out for the annoyed genius in a wheelchair. It was floods like this when Trip was almost glad he wasn't paired up with anyone.]

Indeed. A binary star system whose development has been frozen through some careful stellar engineering. [Time Lords hate change. Other races might go and terraform new planets for when their home star inevitably burns out, but not Time Lords. They stay where they are and prevent their star from burning out.]

Alternately, you could be even richer and have way less reason to drink.

I used to think that something was being put in the water. I'm still not entirely sure that I was incorrect.

[Jeez Tony, sour the conversation as fast as possible why don't you. She glances away, not in an I'm ashamed way or an I'm trying not to roll my eyes way, but in a maybe I should just leave you the fuck alone and watch from a distance way.]

I think it's impressive and he's going to have no idea what to make of it.

By using a stellar manipulator, of course. It alters the life cycle of stars. More commonly they're used to cause stars to go supernova, but they can keep a star fusing hydrogen in its core beyond its natural main sequence life span, too.

That and a bit of careful temporal manipulation, and our star system can remain as it is for a very very long time. A necessity for a civilization as old as ours.

Son, you may want to look in a mirror sometime.

I did some testing on the water, but couldn't detect anything. Feel free to do your own testing. It couldn't hurt.

Don't have a run in with a vampire, then, son, you could lose your reflection for a week.

[Yeah being verbally attacked by Tony Stark is really not her idea of a good time. She's thinking about just turning around and walking away, maybe that will make even bitchier for the next poor asshole who runs into him.]

Uh-huh. Sounds like you're holding up just fine then. And Xavier will have a transformer on his hands by the time the flood's over. Could be worse. [You are not handling this well at all are you sir B| And she's looking at him like she knows it.]

Death toll. You have to die to be a vampire but it doesn't last, so you become slowly alive. It's never happened to me, but I saw it happen once to a young man who found the experience miserable.

[She would sincerely rather not try. :c]

Somehow it doesn't surprise me that you actually know about Transformers. [Was it a distraction you wanted? Here Tony, silver platter.]
